This is an asphalt roof at Iveagh House that has been leaking and has been problematic for many years. The OPW asked us to try and solve this ongoing problem once and for all.

Our initial task was to strip off all the existing repair works which had been previously attempted over the years and to find the source of the main problem. Having done this, our solution was to clean, primer and apply two coats of a high grade torch on felt to the flat area and vertical wall which turned out very well and completely eliminated the issues with the roof and ensured a leak free environment going forward.

The repairs were carried out to the highest standards of workmanship and safety, with a full access scaffold and complete hand rails surrounding the work area. The project was successful and the original problem was completely resolved.
